A quiet chalet with a story.

Built in 1988, the chalet brings together hand-worked logs and two wood-burning stoves: one set into the river-rock fireplace, and a second freestanding stove in the relaxing area between the kitchen and bedrooms.

The house sits about 20 minutes south of Golden, with the Rockies to the east and the Purcells to the west. It feels tucked away, yet trails, rivers, restaurants and five national parks are all within reach.
